I had a mixed experience at the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane. The rooms were beautifully decorated and felt luxurious, definitely comparable to higher-end hotels like Ritz-Carlton. However, the service fell short of my expectations, particularly when it came to staff responsiveness and problem-solving, especially regarding a significant issue we faced with cigarette smoke in our room.
